Burning Permit Changes

The rules for open burning have changed since last year. Per state law, a state permit is now required before the City of Ouray can issue a burning permit. Click the link to obtain a State Open Burning Permit application.

You can also call 303-692-3250 for an application and completed applications can be faxed to 303-782-0278.
