Hometown Holiday Storefront Decor Contest | Cash prizes for Best in Show sponsored by Citizens State Bank (The judging window is Saturday, Dec. 2 to Saturday, Dec. 16)
December 9
- 10:00 am - 4:00 pm | "Elf on the Shelf Scavenger Hunt" throughout participating businesses. Maps available at the Visitor Center until 2:00 pm.
- 10:00 am - 2:00 pm | Visitor Center Open: Grab your map and find your first Elf! | Visitor Center | 1230 Main Street
- 10:00 am - Close of Business | Main Street Holiday Shopping ALL day!
- 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm | Photos with the Conductor | Polar Express Weekend! | O'Toys | Open 10 am to 6 pm | We will be handing out hot cocoa at-home packs encouraging people to watch Weehawken's Polar Express. | Sales throughout the store. | Shop Local WIN BIG contest continues - Every $50 spent at O'Toys gets you entered into a chance for a $500 shopping spree. - 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm | S'mores with Santa's Elves | Wright Opera House | Corner of 5th & Main Street
- 6:30 pm | Ouray Elks Lodge: Pictures with Santa! Right after the parade the Ouray Volunteer Fire Dept. will return Santa to the Lodge for pictures. Get a picture with the whole family or just the kids. Chili Supper (Chili, Corn Dogs, and Hot chocolate)
- 6:30 pm | Wright Opera House: Enjoy story time with Mrs. Claus! Right after the parade the Ouray Volunteer Fire Dept. will return Mrs. Claus to the Wright for cozy story-time while you enjoy making your own s'mores.
